Refund Policy

Here at Kevin’s Nails & Spa, we pride ourselves on providing you with an exceptional experience and the best possible service.

All of our nail services are non-refundable, but if you are not completely happy with our services, please let us know right away. We will be happy to make any adjustments to the initial service and have your nails fixed in no time.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is valuable to us. We want to make sure that you receive the best service possible during your scheduled appointment.

To help us do this, please notify our by phone within 24 hours of your appointment if you need to cancel or adjust the time. We’ll be happy to help you reschedule.

Because each appointment time is reserved for a valued client, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you’re running late or can’t make it. Failure to give at least 24 hours notice will result in being charged full price for your appointment.

No shows will also be charged the full amount and may be required to make a deposit when booking a future appointment. Please understand that if you are repeatedly late, we will charge 50% of the service fee and require that you rebook your appointment for a later date.

Nail Fix Policy

Gel shellac
If your nails somehow chip within 5 days of your service we are more than happy to fix it for you. In order for the complimentary fix, it is your responsibility to contact us within the 5 days time frame. We will provide you the phone number so that you can text us the picture of your chip nails. We will book you an appointment to fix the nails that have not lasted with the color you originally chose. For a new color you will be charged a fee.

Nail extension
We will fix the broken nail free of charge within 6 days of getting your full set nails done. You will have to call us within the 6 days time frame and text us the picture of your broken nail. We will book you an appointment to fix the broken nail with the same color you originally chose. If you decide to go with a new color there will be a fee.
